Meeting by accident one day in a music store, Natasha and Bilal (Billy) become fast friends. Realizing that Billy’s in serious trouble, Natasha enlists the help of her Uncle Kolya. Together, the three make a spontaneous trip to the family cabin in the mountains, only to find it’s not as well stocked as it should be.
“We need so much,” she sighed. “Whoever stayed here last, didn’t restock. There is practically nothing in the pantry. They left old milk and eggs in the refrigerator. It’s totally disgusting. I just cleaned it out.”
“You probably threw out a very significant scientific experiment.” Billy’s eyes twinkled as he teased her.
“Oh, I’m sure it was the cure for cancer, but I didn’t want it walking out of here on its own. We need to ask Meriwether who was here last. I want to rip them a new one.”
“A new what?” Billy asked innocently. He honestly hadn’t heard the expression before.
“It’s not a very nice expression,” Natasha wrinkled her nose. “It means I want to rip them a new anus.”
“Oh, asshole.” He winked. “I know the word, Tasha. I never heard the expression. If it will make you feel better I know and sometimes use, many American curse words. Would you like to hear them?”
Natasha giggled, shaking her head. “No, I think I’ll pass.”
“As you wish.”
